You will be involved in managing and implementing change requests, ensuring application support, and handling day-to-day activities related to quality assurance.

Responsabilities:

• Manage and implement change requests.
• Communicate with business stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements.
• Propose and implement technical solutions.
• Ensure application support and manage day-to-day activities.

Skills:

• Senior profile (MM2 level) with significant experience in quality configuration and VEEVA VAULT.
• Certification in VEEVA VAULT (minimum: Vault Platform Associate Administrator; additional certifications in QA or other modules are a plus).
• Experience in quality configuration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work autonomously.
• English is mandatory; French is a plus but not required.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred due to the specific quality standards and processes involved.
• Additional certifications in QA or other VEEVA VAULT modules.
