A leading real estate developer in the UAE have an exciting opportunity available for a Tax Manager to join their finance team based in Dubai.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing the direct and indirect tax functions of the Company covering the entire gamut of taxation compliance beginning from registrations, returns, audits and assessments.
- Interaction with Big 4 consultants and Government authorities
- Managing the key stakeholders including CFO, CEO and Chairman from a taxation perspective
- Assisting top management in evaluating the impact of taxation laws on business strategy and new transactions
- Automation in taxation reporting
Your Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years of working experience. Taxation certification will be an added advantage
- Expertise in Indirect and direct taxation + UAE experience
- Preferably from real estate experience + Big 4 Experience
- Team handling experience is must
- Understanding of IFRS reporting from a practical perspective and its interplay with taxation laws.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
