Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates, with a focus on Arabic-speaking talent.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop appropriate strategies to fill positions.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Foster a diverse talent pool, ensuring recruitment efforts are inclusive and aligned with the company’s diversity goals.
  • Job Advertising: Write and post job advertisements in both English and Arabic on various platforms to attract the right candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to enhance its attractiveness to potential candidates.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in the labor market, especially in Arabic-speaking regions, to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (at least 2-3 years).
  • Experience recruiting for various roles across different levels and industries.
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Arabic-speaking countries is a plus.
