Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated SME – Petrophysics with expertise in Subsurface
Product Development, specifically within the Oil and Gas domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge and a passion for leveraging AI technologies to solve complex problems in the subsurface domain, particularly related to Borehole Imaging (BHI) and geomechanics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered subsurface solutions with a focus on Borehole Imaging.
2. Liaise with geoscientists, data scientists, and software engineers to define product requirements.
3. Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation through release and continuous
improvement.
4. Drive the processing and enhancement of BHI image quality using AI and other relevant technologies.
5. Lead teams in developing solutions for BHI standard interpretation, including
structural, mechanical, and sedimentary features.
6. Work on advanced BHI analyses, including identification of vuggy porosity,
connectivity, and facies.
7. Oversee the conversion of dip metrics from true to apparent and vice versa.
8. Lead the development of AI-driven geomechanical modeling tools, with a focus on wellbore stress analysis, anisotropy influences, and more.
9. Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the product aligns with industry demands and challenges.
10. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, geomechanics, and the Oil & Gas domain to keep the products relevant and cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Experience:
1. Deep understanding of BHI processing and Image quality Enhancement.
2. Proficiency in BHI standard interpretation across different physics tools.
3. Knowledge of BHI advanced analysis techniques.
4. Expertise in dip conversion, stress analysis, and regime identification.
5. Experience in geomechanical modeling, particularly in the conversion from field coordinate systems into cylindrical ones.
6. Understanding of WBS criteria, well orientation, and angle influence.
7. Proficiency in the anisotropy influence on WBS analysis and moduli prediction.
8. Familiarity with completion geomechanics, including perforation, solid controls, acid stimulation, and flow enhancement.
9. Expertise in analyzing the influence of reservoir heterogeneity on inflow performance analysis and well completion strategy optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geophysics, Geology, or a related field.
2. Experience in AI/ML product management.
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
4. Proven track record of leading teams and bringing products to market.
