We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in Customer Service Management to join a key project. We invite you to submit your CV for this exciting opportunity.Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement ServiceNow CSM modules to optimize customer service processes.
- Analyze and understand user requirements to provide tailored ServiceNow CSM solutions.
- Participate in the design, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow workflows based on business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure stability, performance, and efficiency of the deployed solutions.
- Manage data migration and integration with other systems and platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow CSM.
- Document technical processes and configurations for knowledge sharing within the team.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), with at least 3 years in configuring and administering the platform.
- Strong understanding of customer service management workflows and ITSM processes.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with other tools and information systems.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration tools, such as forms, workflows, and reporting.
- ServiceNow CSM certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work in an international environment.
