Service Desk Operator (m/f/d)

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Support Level 1 professional with strong user support and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will provide IT services and ensure seamless technical assistance to users across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for users across Europe, handling calls and emails efficiently and professionally.
- Manage incoming incidents, assess their urgency, and resolve issues directly when possible. Escalate to relevant teams when needed.
- Provide dedicated support to high-profile users, including Deputies, ensuring timely and professional assistance.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting solutions to improve future support and team efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong team player, comfortable working in a collaborative international environment.
