We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with strong expertise in request management, system integration, and CMDB. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand client needs, translate them into actionable solutions, and provide mentorship to junior developers when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize request management, system integrations, and CMDB processes.
• Provide technical leadership and support to a team of junior developers.
• Ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with client expectations and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of solutions within the existing IT ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in request management, system integration, and CMDB.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to lead and support junior developers.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
