Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling equipment, storage solutions, and servers, with strong connections to key decision-makers, particularly within government entities. This role is designed for someone with extensive sales experience, the ability to manage multi-million USD deals, and an established network across technical and executive levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities for equipment, storage solutions, and servers within the UAE region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, from technical engineers to C-level executives (CTO, CIO, CPO) across diverse sectors, with a particular focus on government entities.
  • Lead complex sales processes from initial prospecting through to deal closure, negotiating multi-million USD deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure client needs are understood and solutions are tailored to provide maximum value.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives in the region.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipelines, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members, sharing insights and strategies to close high-value deals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the equipment, storage, or server solutions industry, with a strong focus on government contracts and large-scale deals.
  • Demonstrable experience in closing multi-million USD deals, with a history of successful negotiations and relationship building at all levels (technical engineers to C-suite executives).
  • Established connections with key stakeholders in government entities and large enterprises within the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of the equipment, storage, and server solutions market, with a technical understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM tools, and the sales lifecycle.
  • Must be based in the UAE, with the ability to travel within the region as needed.
