A leading financial institution offering a broad range of services, including investment, corporate, and private banking, as well as asset management. The organization is currently seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect to lead transformative digital solutions across sales, marketing, customer experience, and analytics domains.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for enterprise-level banking operations.
• Architect end-to-end CRM strategies covering Sales, Marketing, Customer 360 Profile, Service & Support, and Analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to transform business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end architecture design process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory mandates, enterprise architecture principles, and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain critical architectural artifacts, including solution blueprints, system diagrams, data models, interface specifications, integration patterns, and API designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Strong integration design capabilities and advanced diagramming and visualization skills.
• Programming proficiency (Java, Python) and REST API development.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10-15 years of specialized experience in solution architecture, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and corporate banking technology.
