Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Sr. Accounting Specialist with 5-8 years of experience to oversee our accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• ? Manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
• ? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• ? Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• ? Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends and variances.
• ? Coordinate audits and ensure timely completion.
• ? Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:

• ? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ? SOCPA, CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
• ? 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• ? Audit firm experience is highly desirable.
• ? Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle).
• ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
