Our ClientA leading real estate developer in the UAE have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Accountant, AP to join their finance team based in Dubai.
Your Responsibilities
• Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records and ensure timely posting of transactions.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers when necessary to recover outstanding amounts.
• Ensure all receivables comply with VAT laws and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Liaise with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or disputes regarding payments or invoices.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, with a preference for candidates who have worked in complex family-run businesses or conglomerates.
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
