Our client:

Our client are recruiting for a senior 3D Designer with ambition and leadership skills. As a senior 3D Designer, you will work on various projects such as pavilions, interiors, public sector spaces, strategic guidelines, and exhibitions.

Reporting to the Creative Director and Design Directors, you will create creative concepts and designs with a strategic thought process. You will be involved in every aspect of the design process, including presentations, design development, and design guardianship.
 
Your Responsibilities:

• Assess and interpret briefs, conceptualize solutions, and create designs that capitalize on opportunities.
• Work directly with the creative director and design directors, leading junior team members.
• Create central ideas that guide design concepts.
• Translate brand identity/guidelines into physical environments/experiences.
• Produce design visuals suitable for presentations, using various formats.
• Create high-quality renderings to communicate design concepts.
• Consider design viability, including time, materials, regulations, and cost implications.
• Present designs to clients with strong communication skills.
• Develop outstanding designs demonstrating a thorough understanding of the build process.
• Maintain consistent and exceptional standards in all aspects of your work, meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with Production, Technical, and Digital teams to ensure consistency and quality.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge across software, industry, and material innovations.

Your Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills
• An understanding of design trends and technologies.
• Over 8 years experience in creating engaging 3D environmental designs, branded spaces, and materiality/fabrication processes.
• Work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain good communication and attitude.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing communication and teams effectively.
• BA in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Design, or a related field.
• Must have excellent written and spoken English, Arabic is an advantage

• 3Ds + V-Ray and/or Corona / D5
• SketchUp (or be a quick learner)
• CAD, VectorWorks or Layout abilities
• Adobe Suite (PS, ID, Ai,)
• Outlook, Word etc
• Any other 3D software such as Rhino, C4D, CAD 3D, Solid Works
