Job Title: Scrum Master (AI and Data Program Focus)

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in AI and data programs to lead agile teams in delivering cutting-edge solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies, strong leadership skills, and a passion for data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure team alignment and progress.
• Coach teams on Agile practices to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track team performance, identify improvement areas, and address challenges.
• Engage cross-functional teams, including data scientists and AI specialists, aligning project goals.
• Maintain project transparency through regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay informed on AI and data industry trends and apply best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in AI and data-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or similar).
• Experience managing AI or data projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Understanding of machine learning and data analytics processes.
