About the Role:

As a Scrum Master, you will guide the team in delivering chatbot solutions aligned with the Bank’s contact strategy. You will ensure the effective use of Agile principles, protect the team from distractions, and promote self-organization to achieve sprint goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management and ensure smooth delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD).
• Track team capacity, velocity, and progress while providing transparent updates to stakeholders.
• Coach and guide the squad towards self-organization, removing impediments and fostering collaboration.
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and issues as a Feature Delivery Owner.
• Act as an Agile ambassador, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience: 8+ years in Scrum Master or Agile roles.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Rally), automated testing, continuous integration, and software development methodologies.
• Business Acumen: Expertise in Agile methods, project management, and chatbot solutions; banking sector knowledge is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities; a proactive, servant-leader mindset.

Languages:

• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
