A leading investment management firm have an exciting opportunity for aProject Lead - Fund Operations to join their team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects related to fund launches, administration, operational efficiency, and technology implementations.
• Streamline fund operations processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology enhancements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including portfolio managers, fund administrators, custodians, and regulators.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of projects and operational improvements.

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fund operations within asset management, or a fund administration firm.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with fund accounting, NAV calculations, trade settlements, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong project management skills with expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with fund accounting & portfolio management applications like FIS Investran, eFront, & Dynamo.
• In-depth understanding of Private market operations, listed equities and ETFs
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., UCITS, MiFID II, FATCA).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
