Our Client

A well-established company based in Oman are looking for a Project Coordinator. 

• Collaborate closely with the PMO Lead to oversee the progress of projects, including tracking and addressing Risks, Issues, and Dependencies at the program level.
• Assist in monitoring key program milestones.
• Follow up on urgent action items and key decisions at the program level.
• Aid in organizing executive-level meetings and compiling material for presentation decks.
• Schedule and coordinate essential meetings, workshops, and project activities.
• Help with the creation and distribution of meeting minutes, project governance documents, and other PMO-related materials.
• Manage the logistics for team office operations.
• Contribute to the improvement of project management practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in project management.
• Fluency in Arabic is highly mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Google Looker Studio is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a PMO is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• This is a 100% on-site role in Muscat, with a Sunday-Thursday work schedule.
