A global financial institution offering a broad range of services, including investment, corporate, and private banking, as well as asset management. The organization is currently seeking a Product Manager to join their team and help drive its product management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients, strategists, experience leads, and architects to frame business goals and value pools for shaping product propositions.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and market/user research, keeping the customer at the center using design thinking tools.
• Represent the client in ideation workshops with cross-functional leaders to identify new ideas, customer needs, pain points, and solution options.
• Establish customer journey mapping to guide product development and validate learning with user testing.
• Translate product vision into a roadmap with well-defined, prioritized features to realize the product vision and value.
• Validate and present the business case to senior executives/stakeholders and lead business reviews to ensure the team prioritizes the right features.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Deeply rooted in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles with a passion for extending this understanding throughout the organization.
• Demonstrated success in creating digital product vision, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions and services from ideation to launch.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and services.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
• Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, leveraging data to make decisions about product feature increments.
• Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value.
