Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle MICROS Reporting and Analytics Advanced Cloud Service. Ensure seamless integration with Oracle MICROS Point of Sale (POS) and other business systems to deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities.

• Data Integration & Reporting: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and real-time integration of data across all relevant systems, enabling advanced reporting and analytics for key business operations such as sales, inventory, and customer behavior.

• Analytics & Dashboards: Configure advanced dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Oracle MICROS Reporting and Analytics tools to provide actionable insights for business leaders. Focus on metrics related to sales performance, customer preferences, and operational efficiency.

• Advanced Analytics Solutions: Utilize Oracle's built-in analytics tools and work with data science teams to develop advanced predictive models, demand forecasting, and trend analysis. Help optimize the use of data to drive business strategies.

• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize the performance of the Oracle MICROS Reporting Cloud service. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the functionality and efficiency of reporting processes.

• System Upgrades & Maintenance: Oversee regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure that the Oracle MICROS Reporting and Analytics Cloud solution is up to date and aligned with the latest business requirements and best practices.

• Training & Support: Provide training and support for end-users, ensuring they are empowered to use Oracle MICROS Reporting and Analytics tools effectively. Develop and maintain user manuals and documentation for reporting workflows and best practices.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to understand reporting needs and deliver customized analytics that drive business decisions.

• Data Quality Management: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data being reported through Oracle MICROS Reporting tools, conducting regular audits and data validation checks.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and usage of the reporting system to ensure that reports are delivered on time and meet business expectations. Identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Oracle MICROS or cloud-related certifications are a plus.

• Experience:
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle MICROS Reporting and Analytics Cloud Service or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing reporting solutions in a retail or hospitality environment using Oracle MICROS or similar POS systems.
• Strong understanding of key business metrics and how to translate data into actionable insights.
