Role - Network Product Manager
Location - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Objective:
To manage and support network services ensuring optimum service availability and performance. Meet agreed SLAs, customer requirements and contractual agreements.
People Management:
Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent
Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with the policies and procedures
Technical:
Manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and administration of existing or future network infrastructures.
Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate communication and issue resolutions.
Manage routine health checks and preventive measures on assigned systems.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10– 15 years experience in IT Services, or IT Solutions is a must with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven ability to design, and manage the implementation of networks.
Fluent in English
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognized university.
CCNP Certified.
