Role - Network Engineer
Location - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Your Responsibilities:

To operate, maintain and support network infrastructure and services ensuring optimum service availability, performance and security. Meet agreed SLAs, customer requirements and contractual agreements.
Design (HLD,LLD), prepare and apply configurations according to requirements.
Troubleshoot and fix complex network issues and failures.
Propose network enhancements to improve network availability, performance and security.
Engage with Architects, and other teams to review proposed network designs.
Work on maintaining technical expertise in all areas of network solutions in operation.
Actively collaborate with other groups in IT Operations to support projects and day-to-day operations.
Ensure that all opened tickets related to network are fixed and closed.
Consistently provide internal and external customers and technology partners with quality support experience.
Effectively manage case escalations to the Network Operations Manager while maintaining customer communications.
Provides assistance and guidance to junior team members.
Present network designs and changes and get the necessary approvals.

Your Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in network design, deployment and operations.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a similar field as a minimum.
Advanced knowledge in switching and routing, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Data centre, NAC, ADC, VPN and unified communications.
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting networking solutions from various vendors including solutions from: Cisco, HP, Juniper, Aruba, F5 and pulse secure (Ivanti).
Knowledge in networks analysis and monitoring tools including Wireshark, SolarWinds and Riverbed
Professional certification: CCNP or CCDP or equivalent is required. CCIE or CCDE is recommended
SC clearance is a plus
