We are looking for a talented NetSuite Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing NetSuite solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scripting workflows, leading integrations with other business applications, and working with NetSuite's SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics tools. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customized NetSuite applications, ensuring seamless integrations with third-party systems, and optimizing workflows to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Lead the integration of NetSuite with other business applications and systems, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms.
• Design and develop workflows and automation to streamline business processes within NetSuite.
• Utilize SuiteAnalytics to create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within NetSuite.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with NetSuite configurations, scripts, and integrations.
• Develop and enhance custom SuiteScripts for tailored functionality within NetSuite.
• Lead projects related to NetSuite development, integration, and customization.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative development environment.
• Document processes, procedures, and code to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize existing workflows and propose innovative solutions to improve business operations.
• Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in NetSuite development and customization.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Strong experience leading integrations between NetSuite and other business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Expertise in developing and customizing workflows using SuiteFlow.
• Experience with creating custom reports and dashboards in SuiteAnalytics.
• Excellent understanding of NetSuite architecture and best practices.
• Ability to develop custom business logic using SuiteScript and integrate it with NetSuite’s native features.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, especially within the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders from various departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer.
• Experience with RESTlets and Web Services for integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in managing and leading development projects.
• Experience with the NetSuite OneWorld or Multi-Book features.
