Role Overview:
- Manage HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Provide guidance on Luxembourgish labor laws and compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture, boost employee engagement, and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Participate in or lead HR initiatives, such as process improvements, system implementations, and policy updates.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
- Work experience in Luxembourg.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Experience handling employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance matters.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in both French and English.
