Our client:

Our client are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events and Marketing Manager to spearhead the planning and execution of high-profile events and marketing campaigns.

This role will involve close collaboration with a top-tier marketing agency and our showroom managers to craft unforgettable experiences that highlight our luxury furniture collections and engage our discerning clientele.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Execution:
   • Develop, plan, and execute a range of high-end events, including product launches, private viewings, and customer appreciation gatherings.
   • Coordinate with the marketing agency and showroom managers to ensure alignment with brand goals and standards.
   • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and on-site coordination.
2. Marketing Strategy:
   • Collaborate with the marketing agency to create and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
   • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor marketing campaigns effectively.
   • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
3. Client Engagement:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, providing a personalized and exceptional experience.
   • Develop and manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVP processes to ensure high attendance and client satisfaction.
4. Budget Management:
   • Develop and manage event and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
   • Negotiate with vendors and service providers to achieve the best possible terms.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with showroom managers to ensure seamless integration of events into showroom operations and customer experiences.
   • Foster a collaborative environment between internal teams and external partners to achieve common goals.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning and marketing, preferably within the luxury or high-end retail sector.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
