Our client:

Our client are looking for a Litigation Legal Consultant with extensive experience in the UAE legal landscape, particularly in handling rental disputes, criminal matters, and labour law issues.

The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, assist clients in navigating complex litigation processes, and develop effective strategies for resolution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on rental disputes, criminal cases, and labour law matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case analyses.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and contracts.
• Represent clients in negotiations and court hearings as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
• Stay updated on UAE laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting clients.

Your Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, particularly in rental, criminal, and labour matters.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with diverse client backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
