IT Web Project Lead

Contract

We are seeking an IT Web Project Lead to manage and deliver web projects, primarily on the Drupal CMS platform. This role involves collaboration with IT teams, external developers, and governance bodies.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery, including requirement gathering, planning, and progress tracking, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and governance standards.
• Technology Oversight: Manage CMS platforms (primarily Drupal), ensuring they meet business needs and support scalability.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key liaison between business units, external developers, and internal governance teams.
• Governance Compliance: Ensure all projects align with UCB’s digital governance standards and risk mitigation protocols.
• Content Management Support: Enhance CMS usability for content editors by providing training and onboarding support.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-8 years in web technologies, CMS (especially Drupal), and project management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in web technologies, CMS platforms, and API integration.
  • Knowledge of digital governance and analytics tools is a plus.
• Tools: Experience with Agile/Scrum project management tools is advantageous.
