Our Client

An established family group have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Head of Shared Services to join their holding group based in Jeddah, KSA.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the group’s shared services functions — Finance, HR, and IT across its business units including retail, wholesale, and manufacturing.
• Define and implement service-level agreements (SLAs), delivery frameworks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Finance, HR, and IT functions.
• Partner with the CEO and BU leadership to support strategic planning, resource optimization, and financial performance.
• Drive cost efficiency through shared capabilities, automation, and standardization.
• Lead HR operations across the Group, covering recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
• Define and execute IT strategy aligned with the Group’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Lead the transformation journey with implementation of ERP systems and other digital solutions where relevant.

Your Qualifications

• MBA and/or professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) highly preferred.
• At least 10-15 years experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in managing shared services in a holding or multi-business-unit environment, preferably in a family owned business.
• Experience with transformation programs and leading change across complex organizations.
• Strong communicator with confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent Arabic speaker is essential.
