Mauritius Office: Your Leadership Opportunity
The office in Ebene plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements. As the Head of Office, you will transform this location into a high-performing hub, overseeing compliance functions and building a talented team to support our growth.
Your Role: Build, Lead, and Inspire
You will be responsible for creating a positive and productive workspace by recruiting and leading a team of compliance and customer support experts. This is your chance to shape the office’s operations and drive success.
Lead the Mauritius Operations
Manage key projects, allocate office resources, and oversee HR-related activities. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and legal frameworks in Mauritius while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
Collaborate and Travel
Work closely with management and teams across our global offices. Frequent travel to other locations, including Malaysia and Dubai, will be essential for fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across regions.
What You Bring
? Expertise in legal controls and requirements
? 8+ years of experience in compliance, trading, finance, or related roles
? Proven experience in dealing with regulatory authorities
? Strong leadership and management skills, with 15+ years in managerial positions
? In-depth knowledge of corporate law, AML, and relevant legislation
? Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
? A demonstrated ability to oversee operations and ensure compliance across complex
