A leading family group have an exciting new opportunity for a General Manager, Real Estate to lead their real estate leasing business based in Dubai, UAE

Your Responsibilities

• The GM will work closely with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external partners to successfully acquire high-value properties and manage day to day operations of the real estate.
• Oversee the identification, negotiation, and acquisition of strategic properties to drive the growth of the company’s real estate portfolio.
• Analyse market trends, assess the potential of properties, and make data-driven decisions regarding acquisitions.
• Oversee the Property Management and Maintenance function and ensure achievement of efficiency at all levels
• Manage the leasing activity for all the properties
• Oversee the legal documentation and ensure that the Owners interests are protected
• Adequately insure all the properties and ensure that the Owners interests are fully protected
• Liaise with the Government Departments and authorities 

Your Qualifications

• Up to 20 years of experience with experience in running a family real estate business, including a brokerage business. 
• Demonstrated experience in increasing revenues by acquiring new portfolios to the business, as well as increasing occupation rates
• Excellent communicator with confidence in interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders.
