Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Test Analyst to join our team, with a strong background in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a solid understanding of financial processes and systems. Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role, as it involves working with international teams and clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and create detailed test plans and cases.
• Execute functional testing of banking applications and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all functionalities are tested and compliant with client specifications.
• Report and document test results, providing insights for improvements and identifying defects.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end-users in the testing process.

 

Preferred Skills and Expertise: Candidates with additional expertise in any of the following areas will have a strong advantage:

• Payments: Knowledge of SCT, SEPA, SWIFT (migration from MT to MX), and various message types (PAIN, PACS, CAMT, etc.).
• CRM/Microsoft Dynamics: Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
• Compliance/AML and KYC: Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Test Analyst in the banking sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
