The Digital Business Analyst bridges business digitalization needs with IT solutions, focusing on the successful implementation of Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELNs) for CMC Development teams. This role ensures the delivery of structured data and supports end-to-end digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate user requirements into actionable system logic.
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of ELNs, ensuring alignment with business and IT needs.
• Monitor development, testing, and validation of digital solutions.
• Focus on structuring lab-generated data for effective use in predictive sciences.
• Align business needs with IT capabilities to deliver effective digital solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in ELN implementation.
• Expertise: Strong background in IT digital projects, laboratory environments, and GxP standards.
• Skills: Curiosity, proactivity, and effective communication.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with CMC development, scientific background, and ELN systems (IDBS or Biovia).
• Data Management: Experience with data management and IT validation processes.
• English & French: Mandatory
