Data Quality Analyst (m/f/d)

A leading organization specializing in innovative solutions across various industries, currently seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join their growing Data Governance team and ensure the accuracy, correctness, completeness, and consistency of their data assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Assess Data Quality: Use various techniques, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation.
  • Develop and Implement Standards: Create and enforce data quality standards and processes.
  • Identify and Troubleshoot Issues: Perform root cause analysis to determine the origin of data quality problems.
  • Cleanse and Standardize Data: Ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop Metrics and Dashboards: Track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate Findings: Present data quality findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and Tableau.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a data-related field (e.g., computer science, information systems, statistics) or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: DAMA certification and any data quality certification are a plus.
