Cybersecurity Architecture Program Lead

• Develop, implement, and maintain a cybersecurity architecture strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives and risk appetite.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business units to design secure systems and applications.
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity design principles, standards, and patterns.
• Oversee the integration of security architecture within cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Conduct security architecture reviews for new and existing systems to ensure they meet compliance, regulatory, and risk standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for security design and architecture, providing guidance and support to development and operational teams.
• Experience: 10+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in an architecture or engineering role.
• Certifications: CISSP-ISSAP, TOGAF, SABSA, CCSP, or other architecture-specific certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of secure architecture frameworks (e.g., SABSA, TOGAF).   
• Ability to clearly articulate architecture vision and standards to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills for conveying architecture decisions and risks.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing architecture reviews across multiple teams.
• Ability to influence and drive cybersecurity architecture adoption across the organization.
