Our Client:

Our client are seeking a knowledgeable Set-Up Consultant with extensive experience in the UAE, particularly in free zone operations and client liaison.

The ideal candidate will guide clients through the business setup process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and facilitating a smooth transition into the UAE market.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on business setup procedures in UAE free zones.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate free zone locations based on their business needs.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for company registration and licensing.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance.
• Conduct market research to inform clients of industry trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and operational teams to facilitate client setups.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business setup consulting in the UAE, particularly in free zones.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE business regulations and free zone policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client liaison.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and immigration processes.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
