Nature of the Tasks

• Contribute to and implement the IT Communication Strategy.
• Manage operational communication activities.
• Support communications and engagement planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver templates, content, and materials (newsletters, leaflets, posters, videos, etc.) via various channels (mass mailing, knowledge bases, intranet, etc.).
• Organize and manage satisfaction surveys.

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset.
• HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, both with the team and customers.

Technical Certifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Communication management expertise.
• Adobe Certified Associate, Professional, or Expert.
• Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert.
• English and French at CEFR level C1/C2.
