Halian is looking is client, an industrial company based in Luxembourg, a Finance Manager.

 

Your responsibilities:

Supervise and support the Group's accounting

Ensure quality of monthly reporting Ensure timely annual closing

Treasury, Bank relations, Cash-Flow planning

Budgeting and Forecasts Cost controlling

Prepare and hold minutes of quarterly Board meetings

Prepare and execute the annual shareholder meetings for all companies

Relation with CFO of the mother company Manage the Finance & Administration team

 

Your profile:

About 10years' experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial environment

You are familiar with LUX Gaap, (knowledge German and US GaaP would be an asset).

Languages: English compulsory, French or German strongly preferred

You are autonomous in your tasks and versatile

Proactive and constructive, able to make suggestion
