About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Business Analyst with a strong background in asset management to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across various leading asset management institutions to analyze, design, and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including teams from leading firms such as Amundi, BlackRock, and BNP Paribas Asset Management, to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions aligned with best practices in the asset management industry.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to present findings, propose solutions, and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
- Provide expertise in ESG and sustainable investment practices, leveraging insights from companies like Robeco and Mirova.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the asset management industry.
- Strong understanding of investment processes, portfolio management, and fund administration.
- Familiarity with market leaders in asset management, including Pictet, Schroders, and AXA Investment Managers.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting asset management.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI).
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with global asset management companies like UBS Asset Management or Allianz Global Investors.
- Understanding of ESG and sustainable investment strategies.
- Knowledge of system implementation methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall.
