Today we celebrate Jonathan’s tenth anniversary at Halian. To mark this milestone, we have the pleasure of introducing Jonathan to you in this short interview. "Johny" is one of Halian’s longest-serving veterans with over ten years of service in our Dubai team. In total, he has over 20 years of experience in the tech talent sector and is now focussed on client management for a major Healthtech customer. He leads by example and can always be relied upon to deliver when it matters most.
1. How did working with Halian change your life?
It changed my life for the better. I was able to relocate with my family, and we’ve been together in the UAE since I started working within Halian.
2. What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced within the company?
Probably the biggest challenge was during my first two years working with one of our partner’s Revenue Cycle positions. We had to do overtime and stay in the office until midnight for two weeks straight and at the same time be able to provide qualified candidates from the US.
3. What is your greatest success with Halian?
Staying with Halian for a long time is a success itself. Being for ten years with one company only means that I have been doing an excellent job as an employee.
