Job Title:Team Leader B2C 

Job Description:

The B2C Onboarding department is responsible for the introduction, analysis, follow-up, and processing of B2C credit applications. We are looking for an enthusiastic team leader to join the team.

Your Role:
As a team leader, you will be responsible for guiding, organizing, planning, and overseeing a team of approximately 10 employees. You will foster continuous development and provide support to your team members in this regard. By leading the team in a dynamic and creative manner, you will increase employee engagement and motivate them to achieve the goals you set. You will communicate clearly and ensure that priorities and objectives are met. Together, you will strive for quality, and as the team leader, you will monitor work quality and provide guidance where necessary. You will also actively participate in improving processes in collaboration with senior management. For sensitive cases (internal or external), you will serve as the main point of contact.

Your Profile:
You are a natural people manager with excellent leadership and coaching skills. To help grow the organization, you rely on your analytical mindset and adaptability, staying open to change. Your communication is clear and transparent, and you handle stress with ease while maintaining an open-door policy for your colleagues.

You are motivated by the desire to stimulate your team, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve results. You are responsible for the commercial outcomes related to your team and work closely with other commercial departments within the company. Additionally, you are fluent in French and Dutch.
