Our Client:

Our client, a leading ultra-luxury property developer, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent for their open positions, while also managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and candidates.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to source candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Ensure candidates meet job requirements and adhere to the client's recruitment standards before progressing to the next stage.
  • Lead HR interviews to assess candidates' soft skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the client’s brand values.
  • Filter candidates based on qualifications, experience, and specific role requirements to select the best talent.
  • Publish job ads across various platforms, ensuring they are inclusive, accurate, and optimized to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Maintain the ATS with up-to-date candidate information, interview notes, and feedback.
  • Track recruitment progress and ensure all candidate details are accurately recorded.
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify sourcing trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor hiring practices and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the talent market.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the skills and qualifications required for each position.
  • Provide expertise on candidate profiles and talent-related needs.
  • Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring they meet the client's standards and timelines.
  • Administer job offers and facilitate candidate documentation, including background checks and certifications, for a smooth onboarding process.
  • Oversee the pre-boarding phase, ensuring candidates transition seamlessly from offer acceptance to their first day.
  • Respond promptly to candidate inquiries about job roles, application statuses, and offers, ensuring a positive experience through clear communication and transparent feedback.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and conferences to promote the brand and attract top-tier talent.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using headhunting techniques.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent network through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry connections.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition within a recruitment agency or in-house team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
