Talent Acquisition Consultant (m/f/d)

Halian, an international group based in Luxembourg, is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our local team in Athens. Your main mission will be to build and develop strong candidate relationships and network.
As Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting highly competitive and best-fit candidates to fill current or future vacancies. You will primarily interact with potential candidates face-to-face and/or online.
Responsibilities
- Draft, update, and post job descriptions to appropriate job boards/social media/etc.
- Source and recruit talent through direct approach, networking, advertising, database, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Perform reference and background checks.
- Onboard and follow-up new employees to become fully integrated.
- Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Be an Ambassador of the Halian Group.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment. Experience in Technical roles a distinct advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English; French would be an advantage.
- Good communicator and active listener.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Developed team spirit.
- Flexible and able to set your priorities.
