The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in customer engagement, solution design, and collaboration with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

? Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical
requirements.
? Gather and analyze customer requirements to ensure solutions align with their needs.
? Perform product demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of our solutions.
? Design customized solutions that address customer requirements,
? Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that articulate the proposed solutions.
? Develop and execute POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of solutions to customer
? Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for winning deals, including the creation of RFP/RFI
responses.
? Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams, ensuring customer requirements are accurately communicated and addressed.
? Provide feedback to product management and development teams based on customer interactions to influence product roadmap and improvement
? Continuously update knowledge on the latest industry trends, products, and technologies.
? Train the sales team on new products and solutions.
? Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and case studies
? Assist in planning and scoping customer projects to ensure alignment with technical capabilities and customer expectations.
? Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution.

Qualification

? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
? 5+ years of experience in a presales or solutions architecture role.
? Strong technical background with expertise in AI and cloud technologies.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
