We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager to oversee infrastructure projects and services in a dynamic environment that fosters professional growth. This role focuses on delivering high-quality and reliable technology infrastructure services aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of infrastructure services, ensuring performance and quality targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address business requirements and ensure effective communication.
• Lead project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Monitor and mitigate service risks, driving issue resolution effectively.
• Produce and review reports, including incident updates, stakeholder documentation, and regulatory reports.
• Work closely with risk and control teams to manage operational risks.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including selection, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure vendor agreements are up-to-date and aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 7 years in managing infrastructure projects and services.
• Languages: English (C1). French (C1) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Mobility: Availability to travel for short periods.
• Skills:
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Expertise in risk management and service delivery.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and contract alignment.
