Job Title: Sr. Solutions Architect – AI Platform
Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect with a strong background in AI platforms to join our innovative team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves designing and implementing advanced AI solutions tailored to meet client needs while driving efficiency and scalability across our AI Orchestrator platform. The ideal candidate has extensive technical expertise in AI, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies, alongside a track record of leading technical discussions, engaging stakeholders, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture (40%): Design and architect scalable, efficient, and secure AI solutions leveraging the AI Orchestrator platform.
  • Technical Leadership (25%): Lead AI system design discussions, provide expert guidance, and mentor junior engineers to foster a high standard of technical excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement (20%): Collaborate with clients, product teams, and engineering leads to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.
  • Innovation and Development (10%): Stay abreast of industry trends, exploring and integrating new technologies to enhance AI offerings.
  • Documentation and Compliance (5%): Ensure all solutions meet compliance standards and are thoroughly documented.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in AI architecture, software design, or related fields, with specific experience in developing AI platforms or applications.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficient in Python, Java, or similar programming languages for AI/ML model development.
    • Deep understanding of system design principles, including modular monolithic, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
    • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI-specific services.
    • Skilled in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.
    • Familiar with message queue technologies like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in debugging complex AI architectures.
    • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with agent-based AI or reasoning agents.
  • Knowledge of data engineering, big data processing, and AI model optimization.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced R&D environment.
  • Demonstrated contribution to open-source projects and a strong portfolio of complex AI or backend projects.
