We are looking for an experienced Senior Power System/AIX Administrator to provide comprehensive support for complex UNIX environments. The candidate will have extensive expertise in AIX systems, high availability techniques, and Ansible scripting, contributing to the stability and performance of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Power System/AIX environments, providing support for large-scale UNIX systems.
• Expertise in Redhat LPAR running on Power Systems, ensuring seamless operations and troubleshooting.
• Implement high availability solutions and oversee disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for UNIX environments.
• Develop and maintain Ansible automation scripts for system administration tasks.
• Perform tuning and sizing of AIX systems, optimizing performance based on customer requirements and system capacity.
• Maintain systems with up-to-date patching and updates, ensuring ongoing security and stability.
• Collaborate with technical teams, offering clear communication and customer-focused support.
• Remain calm under pressure, demonstrating strong stress management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Power System/AIX administration in complex UNIX environments.
• Proven expertise in AIX system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Extensive experience in high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity within UNIX environments.
• Ansible scripting proficiency is essential.
• Redhat experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• French and English (mandatory); knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
