We are seeking a Senior Corporate Image Executive to oversee administrative and financial operations while embodying a polished and professional image. This role includes supervising a small team (2 people) and efficiently coordinating activities across offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
? Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and optimize team performance
? Dynamic, independent, and highly responsive in a fast-paced environment
? Detail-oriented with a strong sense of presentation and grooming (daily makeup required)
? Ideally from a luxury, high-end hospitality, or niche industry background
? Experience in the UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of two, ensuring motivation and productivity
- Oversee administrative, accounting, and procurement operations in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for budget tracking, expense monitoring, and financial reporting
- Manage procurement processes and vendor relations to optimize costs
- Represent the company with a refined and professional image (uniform and daily makeup required)
