Halian are currently looking for a Senior Consultant who be responsible for end-to-end implementations of Recruiting Success Factors for our client within the IT Consultancy industry.

• Proven experience in implementing SuccessFactors Recruiting (Recruiting Management, Marketing, and Onboarding).
• Certified in relevant SuccessFactors modules (latest certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of global recruiting best practices and compliance.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 end-to-end implementation projects.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 1 month are preferred.
