Contract

We are looking for a Process Owner / Senior Business Analyst with expertise in ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and optimize ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and alignment of ITSM best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations for CMDB improvements (a plus).
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Support the client in achieving their ITSM objectives through workshops, reporting, and hands-on guidance.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong expertise in ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Experience with CMDB and its role in ITSM.
• Technical proficiency to bridge business and IT requirements effectively.
