A leading investment management firm have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate - Compliance to join their team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Drafting of regulatory compliance policies and procedures
• Understanding of regulatory environment and permissions
• Able to provide guidance/ advise to front end teams on the firm’s scope of license.
• Review and advise on marketing materials

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA) is preferred.
• 3-7 years of experience working on Regulatory Reporting
• Knowledge and experience of working on Compliance Monitoring Plans and KYC documents
• Have knowledge and experience of working with a regulated financial services firm
• Understands the nuances of Compliance Officer duties of financial services firm with well-known regulators 
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
