Our client:

Our client, a leading ecommerce platform are seeking a Seller and Delivery Operations Specialist to join their team in KSA.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively monitor delivery, return, scrap, and partner engagement processes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee 1P delivery operations from KSA warehouses to GCC customers, ensuring efficiency and timely execution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with KSA customs authorities, ensuring proactive communication and compliance.
• Conduct regular partner visits to gather insights, improve performance, and plan allocation strategies.
• Coordinate 3P delivery operations from KSA-based merchants, ensuring seamless logistics and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key metrics like returns, backlog, and lead times, taking proactive action to prevent issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Regularly update the team on the progress and bottlenecks in operations
• Should be actively understanding the market need and competitor strategies and implement the best practices of market

Your Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge and at least 3 years of experience with UAE and KSA delivery industry (Especially 3PL companies)
• Familiar with Customs clearance and brokerage processes
• Strong knowledge of G-Sheet and Excel
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
