Our Client

A well-established organisation based in Dubai are looking for a Scrum Master. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead multiple projects, focusing on mobile, eCommerce, and smart tech applications. Create and manage project plans, sprints, and JIRA stories for efficient progress tracking.
• Immediate Action: Take charge of a delayed project, creating a detailed project plan within 2 weeks to guide the development team.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams, ensuring alignment with project vision and timelines. Maintain RAID logs, RACI matrices, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present weekly updates to clients and stakeholders, maintain effective communication, and manage project expectations.
• Budget and Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of all deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the project meets business requirements through thorough testing and feedback.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain thorough technical documentation and align project processes with PMP, PMI, and Agile practices.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Agile and Scrum Mastery: Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience running ceremonies, managing demand, and guiding Agile transformations.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD, TestFlight, TDD, BDD, ITSM, and managing end-to-end development cycles.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
• Communication Skills: Clear communicator who can translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner Certification (PSM/CSM); PMP certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the UAE with a relevant visa status.
• Passion for learning and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
